Our Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- ✓No signs of wear or damage

How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92 300 123 4567) or Email (Saimascloset72@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Pack Your Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RA number in the package.
Ship the Item
Ship the item to our return address (provided with your RA number). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Note: If the item you want to exchange to is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.
Refund Information
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
